meet hunter
Hi, I’m Hunter — a mental health therapist with a passion for helping people heal their relationship with food, body, and self.

I’ve spent nearly a decade working with individuals at all levels of care who are navigating eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma. Over the years, I’ve seen how powerful therapy can be in helping people reconnect with who they truly are underneath the pain, patterns, and protective parts.
​
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices like CBT, DBT, IFS, and attachment theory. I believe healing happens in safe, supportive relationships — and my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow.
I’m especially passionate about helping folks break free from the beliefs and behaviors that no longer serve them and move toward a more authentic, compassionate version of themselves.
